Do atheists really not understand?

I almost believe you. All I need now is an explanation of how "free agents" created malarial parasites, Guinea worms, filariasis, the bubonic plague, tuberculosis, catastrophic tsunamis, magnitude 9.0 earthquakes, the eruptions of Vesuvius, and a number of other similar phenomena. Any guesses?
