Is the Judeo-Christian God good?

The Judeo-Christian God Yahweh established His Mosaic Laws and Ten Commandments with His nation so we could established the most safe, prosperous, healthy and happy human societies possible. Those societies that are smart enough to follow Yahweh's Laws and Commandments will live much better lives on Earth than those societies who reject Yahweh's Laws and Commandments. So how many human societies follow Yahweh's Laws and Commandments today on Earth to prevent such bad things happening to their societies? Why none do.
