I cut myself. help please?

Don't judge me. I dont cut to bleed, just enough so theres a mark and that it hurts. They are on my left wrist and no-one knows. i dont want to say anything just incase im seen as an attention seeker. My best friend is worried about me cause he knows i get down sometimes. I dont know what to do. Is it even cutting if it doesnt bleed?
