Why cant we be happy?

Idk what to do anymore! I been going through the bs with 1 boy that has a girlfriend. He saId he likes me, dont want to loose me and would go crazy if i didnt mess with him in a friendly way anymore! Im like so confused because everytime we are aorund each other all we do is fight and dont talk to each other anymore then we address each other about it then we argue some more! Why cant we just get along since we like each other so much? Why do boys want to hide their feelings when its easy to tell them to A GIRL because you know we are senstive! Why have a girl fal for you when you dnt plan to catch her? Please help because Im about to have him go crazy!
