I have acne and everything I use has no impact?

I get everything. Blackheads, regular zits and cystic acne. It isn't too bad or anything but I have atleast two cystic zits a week, and I've tried so much stuff throughout the years and nothing works. Everything I put on my face to help has no noticable impact at all. I give all the products I try like to months to kick in just incase I'm not giving them enough time. I have even tried going all natural for like two months and not putting anything on my face accept water and then my acne got worse. I have asked my mom to take me to a dermatologist and she won't for some gay unjustifiable reason. I'm out of options and I need help.
