.308 Rifle for plinking at the range?

PTR rifles are ****. They are really picky about the ammo they shoot I believe they will only run Winchester. As for the Cetme I don't know every thing about them, but I have heard some not so good things about them. Apparently with them even the full auto military ones given to the Spanish military did not work right. The story I was reading talks about the Spanish navy doing ghetto mods on them to make them function right. Out of all of those the only ones I would go for are the HK91 and the FAL. HK91's will run right around a thousand, but worth every penny. The FAL is a great rifle. The only thing I have to complain about is the outrageous price. I understand century makes a FAL rifle. Not really sure on quality of them though.
