Can something infinitely powerful and all knowing really have self awareness?

god is defined by the humans that make him up, if there was a god who could do the things that were described, we would not be able to comprehend the existence, so we would never know if there was one, i for one believe there isn't a god, but i KNOW that if there was a god, it would not be the gods we as a species have created.
