Can time be reversed?

God can do all things especially if you ask or pray that later God would have prevented things or your way of thinking which the past was the present since God knows what will happen in the future.If God was truly omnipotent he wouldn't need time and there would be no "past" or "Future" cause everything would be happened all at once but not meaning as in everything happens at the same time but motion which is diffent from movement.when it say god can do anything does it truly mean anything?
