Final Fantasy XIII Cheat Sheet-The Names Confuse Me?

Hahah, ok I just got FFXIII. I feel like I need a little Key or cheat sheet of what every thing is. Like the fal'Cie and the l'Cie and stuff like that. Could someone make one? Please, don't spoil the game. Not that far in. Have some decency.
