I lost 2 of my fingers?

help i was playing pokemon and i looked and my thumbs were gone i heard that this is form playing to much games becuz my mom said tht theu wuld fal off if i played to much pokemon on nintendo ds but now i look they are gone i cant hold things anymore and theres a taco i would want to eat its there my mom made for me but i cant pikc up help wll they grow back what do i do plz some1 help i beg i give a zapdos shiny edition on nintendo ds if you get my thumbs back
