What do i do? i need help in what to do!?

ok, i really like this boy, i have seen him look a me/ stare for a while, i'm scared to talk to him incase he thinks i'm wierd, i only see him once a week (after school club), he doesn't talk to anyone there but he makes efforts to say small things to me, i really don't know what to do!
